Qualifications

Registered Histotechnologist HT/HTL(ASCP) since 1971.
B.S. in Microbiology – U.C.L.A.
Over 40 years experience in histology including 25 years in management and teaching in a 650 bed hospital and 4 years traveling and consulting.
Many years of involvement in professional organizations teaching workshops and presenting papers.
On Faculty at the ASMS Fundamentals of Mohs Surgery Course in San Diego for four years.
Fully experienced with all types of Mohs specimens and all phases of histologic technique.
Experienced with all brands of equipment, both specific to Mohs histology and general clinical histology. I frequently perform minor maintenance and repairs on cryostats and stainers.
I have a solid reputation with well known Mohs Surgeons and hospital laboratory managers (Please See References Page).
